I'm a public school teacher that started my career in Houston, Texas teaching seven hundred K- 5th students their weekly basic computer applications skills such as Word Processing, Multimedia /Presentations, Spreadsheets, Keyboarding, and Internet Safety. After about six years I began teaching high school Business courses and that pathway combined my undergraduate business degree, my socioeconomic journey to break my family’s generational cycle of poverty with desire of self-education from many Television Mentors/shows such as Suze Orman. I always wanted to host a TV show or vlog like the Suze Orman show that provided viewers such as myself practical finance know-how. I prefer verbal media outlets such as vlogs and podcast versus writing blogs due to my deep rooted childhood punctuation & grammar anxiety. As a Teacher I always encourage my students to always challenge themselves, face their fears, believe in their self and most importantly understand that mistakes are apart of the learning process. Therefore as the Technology teacher this school year I will "Practice what I Teach" to work along with my students and be BOLD Enough To BLOG.
